We, នាយកដ្ឋានផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍នៃក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍/Department of Planning Tourism Development in Ministry of Tourism Cambodia, normally visit all over Cambodia throughout the country, act observations, surveys, interviews and conferences with local people, and plans on tourism development strategies (promotion of investment in tourism areas, economic development, environmental measures, etc..). Finally, is responsible for establishing and penetrating them into each provinces in the country.

Tourism Development Plan Office, Siem Reap Provincial and Surrounding area
Conducting study research and arrangement on strategic planning, and tourism development plan for Siem Reap province and surrounding areas such as: Siem Reap province, Kampong Thom province, Pursat province, Battambang province, Banteay Meanchey province, and Oddar Meanchey province.
Commenting on tourism development projects impact in Siem Reap and surrounding areas of the other tourism development projects are including; the public and private sector, and non-governmental organizations.
Collaborate within Ministries, institutions, and sectors involved on study research/arrangement in regional tourism development, especially Siem Reap tourism and surrounding areas, integrating with the ASEAN Tourism Plan and other International Tourism Plan.
Cooperate with Ministries, institutions, and other relevant in preparing for inclusive joint declaration on arrangement, management, and tourism development in Siem Reap and surrounding areas.
Coordinate within related sections and tourism services management in Siem Reap’s tourism and surrounding areas.
Analyze tourism data for tourism forecasting, studying on demand for physical infrastructure, and tourism services for Siem Reap’s tourism development planning arrangement and surrounding areas.
Participate in activities that related within Siem Reap’s Tourism Development Strategic arrangement and surroundings area such as; conferences, forums, seminars, training workshops as well as research study visits to be exchange experiences both inside and outside of the country.
Organizing seminars and conducting training courses to provide on tourism awareness to officials about Tourism Development Strategic Plan in Siem Reap province and its surroundings.

សហការជាមួយក្រសួងស្ថាប័ននិងផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវរៀបចំនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់តំបន់ជាពិសេសទេសចរណ៍សៀមរាបនិងតំបន់ជុំវិញដោយធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មជាមួយផែនការទេសចរណ៍អាស៊ាននិងផែនការទេសចរណ៍អន្តរជាតិនានា។
សហការជាមួយក្រសួងស្ថាប័នអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការរៀបចំសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមស្តីពីការរៀបចំគ្រប់គ្រងនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍សៀមរាប និងតំបន់ជុំវិញដែលមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវរួមគ្នា។
សម្របសម្រួលជាមួយផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនិងគ្រប់គ្រងសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តសៀមរាបនិងតំបន់ជុំវិញ។
វិភាគលើទិន្នន័យទេសចរណ៍សម្រាប់ធ្វើការព្យាករណ៍ទេសចរសិក្សាតម្រូវការផ្នែកហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសម្បទានិងសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីការរៀបចំផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍សៀមរាបនិងតំបន់ជុំវិញ។
ចូលរួមសកម្មភាពដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍សៀមរាប និងតំបន់ជុំវិញដូចជាសន្និសីទវេទិកាកិច្ចប្រជុំការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសិក្ខាសាលាក៏ដូចជាទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស។

GMS[GREATER MEKONG SUBREGIONAL TOURISM]
Responsibilities
Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) Bureau
Coordinate and cooperate with GMS member countries, and Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO) in order to manage and implement tourism strategic plan and GMS Tourism Development Strategic Plan 2016-2025;
Cooperate with the relevant ministries, institutions, and member states to contribute to developing tourism in the triangle framework such as emerald triangle (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand), Development Triangle Regions (Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam), Southern Tourism Corridor (Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam), Mekong-Japan, and other regions, which is integrated with development plan of the member states;
Participate in the tourism activities involved with the Greater Mekong Sub-region such as the meeting, training, and workshop, as well as the fielded trip research both locally and internationally;
Cooperate with the GMS member states, especially the neighboring countries to improve the facilitation travel crossing the international border checkpoints.
